After a lifetime of smoking, Juanita Milton needs help breathing.
She's tethered to an oxygen tank 24/7 and uses two drug inhalers a day, including Spiriva, which she calls "the really expensive one."

Fellow Nashville superstar Naomi Judd has left her two daughters Wynonna and Ashley out of her will.
She instead appointed Larry Strickland, her husband of 33 years, as executor of her estate.
He will have 'full authority and discretion' over her assets 'without the approval of any court.'
