An American woman kidnapped alongside three friends by a drug cartel in Mexico said she was traveling to the country for a second tummy tuck surgery after having six children.
Latavia McGee, 34, told The New York Times she had received a cosmetic treatment in Mexico two years before the kidnapping, and that she was returning with her friends for a second procedure as a form of 'self-care.'
